Machida vs Shogun Rematch
Dana white twittered both Machida and Shogun have agreed to a rematch. Should be a really good fight I think.

Please twitter Dana back for me and tell him he won't get another penny from me on that rematch fight.... I am sure the next one would be the same with a Shogun victory and then Dana will twitter again for a 3rd rematch and final cash in. Jerk offs who ruin the sport.

I am very happy that for the 1st time i did not pay for the event and actually watched it illegally through a live stream. And i plan on never paying for payperview again if that is the way things are going to be called. I dont care if they have to change judges, kick Dana White out or what. But whats the point in watching, And betting on a fight if shits going to be called in that manner. I won a good lump of money in a bet on this one and i seriously just told my buddy to keep it.

Machida Pissed me off in the Ortiz fight, Tito had to run after him the whole fight, he was playing it safe.
Great to see that Shogun is back, and able to kick some serious butt.
Machida stance drives me crazy at some point, i hate point sparring, when i was in TKD we had mix competition against Shotokan guys, they won a lot because of the back hand reverse fist, and we got disqualified a lot because TDK was full contact.
Machida is bad ass for sure but, that shotokan karate thing just aint convincing.Last edited by yannick35; 10-25-2009 at 05:27 PM.

I really like Machida as he brings something different to MMA. However, he def. lost last night and got a pass for sure. However, I do agree that to win the title you have to TRULY beat the champ. It was a close fight for sure but Shogun def. won in my opinion.

I think Shogun vs Tito or Anderson or Rashad would be more interesting than the rematch.

I agree, the rematch would be just as technical most likely. And even though both of them are very skilled, that fight wasn't that exciting. I did hit a nice 3 fighter parlay though, with Machida, Cain, and Pat Barry. It was funny, I thought Machida was my shoe in and that turned out to be the fight I got the most lucky with.

The worst is that machida still thinks he won ...
