Info for fighter
Hey guys, i am new to this site (my first post). I am 23 years old, 6 feet tall and 170 pounds. I started my kickboxing and mma career at 190 pounds and have now cut down to a walking weight of 170. I am competing at 170 and 155. My body is in between weight classes and i need to put on some lean muscle. I eat a clean diet as most fighters do and my training consists of weight training 4 times a week, ju jitsu 4 times a week and muay thai 4 times a week. I asked a friend of mine with limited knowledge to try and find me something and he got me 1 bottle of turinabol and a bottle of nolvadex . I have never taken anything before, dont know if this is right to take or what i should be taking. I would ultimatly like to put on 7 or 8 pounds of pure muscle without bulking to much and having the negative side effects like stiffnes. Any help is greatly appreciated

You don't need the sauce to put on 7 or 8 pounds.

turanibol, like anavar will defly help with lean muscle. you might need to look further into the aromitzation but I think your ok with that. nolva on hand should be good enough! Alot of guys here will say you need a test with it... but in all honesty, if a quick, clean, small weight gain is what your looking for, you should be alright! good luck buddy!
