    Chale was right about Anderson...

i think anderson is full of shit ..if his ribs were that serious his mangement wouldnt of risked there best p4p fighter in the world loosing because of injury..it is a exscuse for getting his balls beat in for 22 minutes ..
When anderson first came into the ufc he was humble and quiet and just ripping the whole division up .now after he became the p4p champ and defended it a few times, i think his true colors came out and i think Chale called him out on it ..he has been putting his hat to the side like he is in a 1990's rap video , direspecting other fighters and he is becomming more and more what this sport try's so hard not to be ..i respect him and he is the best p4p Fighter in the world ,but a good guy he is not..and i loved every friggin minute chale beat the friggin balls off of him i just wish he could of finshed him off and ripped that belt off of him along with that cocky fake attitude of his ...

I KNOW THE GUY IS GREAT BUT i think alot of the stuff Chale said about him was right on point ...if anyone else feels the same way let me know ...

well, he was right about everything but one thing... HE DIDNT WIN AS PREDICTED BY HIMSELF... champions find a way to win, even when being beat down... a lesser fighter would have fallen to Chale much earlier.

I agree, any other fighter the fight would have been done and dusted.

No one is saying chale was not good or what ever, his gameplan was fantastic and spot on.

But lets also give credit where its due, and hats off to anderson for never quiting or just getting the crap beat out of him where the ref would have to stop the fight.

He never hit the panic button, which showed me that andersons temperament
    is very good.

Well done to sonnen also, it was just a great fight lets just leave it there.

I also agree with all of yous...but iam not talking about how good he is or what he did that night .
No way am I taking anything away from what he done thta night or in any of his other fights ..iam just simply putting it out there that is becomming a cocky jerkoff ..
We already went over 1000x what happened ,what iam saying is that chale called him out on a lot of his bullshit like acting like a nice guy all the time but. When the cameras are off he is a jerkoff .like when he helped up forrest ,he was trying to be nice he was jerking him off ...I just think he is a piece of shit that puts on a act for the cameras ...

And at the same time he is the best p4p fighter in the world ,I just wish he would knock that shit off

Winning breeds confidence. Silva was quiet when he first got into the UFC because he was unsure of his skills. Now he's the best, can't knock the guy for confidence. Most greats were humble in the beginning. Thinking you are the best is one thing, but knowing you are the best, puts you head and shoulders above everyone else. Now, I know GSP continues to be humble but they are two different fighters from two completely different backgrounds.

We don't know if Silva's injury is fake or not. And this is UFC, not boxing. So Silva was gonna fight regardless, IMO, unless he was completely unable to get in the ring. Plus he never indicated the nature of his injury. I'm sure a broken rib would have prevented him from fighting, his injury could be a simple as a muscle pull. We don't know.

Silva, because of his past couple fights and his attitude, will fall into the love him or hate him category (similar to Brock/Mayweather/etc), obviously you hate him, and that's cool. Others, like myself, love him. Different strokes, IMO.

That's funny cause imy favorit boxer was ali untill I got a little older and realized he was a jerkoff too ..
But all iam saying in this article was that chale open my eyes to silva and made me realize he is a jerkoff and that he don't like americans ..
There is a big difference between doing what silva has been doing and being confident.just look at the way he threw sonnen off of him at the end of the fight .
I really liked anderson and I still do a little bit, but just because he is an amazing fighter but each fight his smug attitude gets worst .maybe it will get a little better after he almost loat his belt

well at the beginning of the fifth round silva was up and jumping and had no damage to his face nor was winded at all... so it might go to say though he was taken out of his game, and was controlled.. he was not being "beat"

now for the record i was hoping anderson lost.. but i wil say once i saw him come out for the fifth i realized he was not damaged or hurt at all

I did not expected that from Chale. Damn I thought Dan Anderson was going to kick the ass of Silva but he got submitted quickly but I always thought that a good wrestler would give a hard time to Anderson. I did not think Chale though with his track of being submitted would get his ass kicked. Boy I was wrong. He got caught in the end but he kick the ass of Anderson. 2 bad he did not KO him though... I hope that the cocky bastard is going 2 shut the **** up now.

I agree totally that Anderson is a fake... Lesnar is an ass but he is open about it. Anderson is a two face ass.

I still dont think anderson silva won. he pulled a "get out of jail/ass kicking" card out in the last minute.

for the whole five rounds he got his ass beat badly. if you want to say who won..... ok, you can say anderson won by shear luck. if you want to say who got their ass beat for five rounds........ you can say anderson silva got his ass beat for 5 rounds. and righteously at that.

when he pulled that arrogant clown bullshit in the ring, he lost my respect for good. and now he got humbled, and badly.

this is only an opinion. i dont get into arguing. and i never say that im right.

    huh? Ali ?

hes still my number one idol, and i never got to see him fight. the greatest of all time. and im not even talking about who has the most knockouts, im talking about just all around fighter. he fought with a broken jaw, called the rounds, had the most ring grace, the best show, not to mention just being the champ. i had his autograph and someone stole it from me.

Ali is the greatest of all time. long live the champ.

I think KP was being sarcastic, people are giving Silva hell about being cocky, but Ali invented Cocky and we love him.

ah, your right, i just caught on. im not so sharp when its this late.

but you know what, anderson was being ridiculously in the crowds face with it. i felt he was just taunting everyone.

but when Ali did it, he laughed about it. even as young as i was i knew he was just trying to get a rise out of everyone. just pump up the show. even i could see at such a young age he was a showman. even after calling joe frazier a gorilla all the time, he would still smile at joe. even though joe is the only one that ever really took it too seriously.

but anderson is not a charismatic showman, i felt it was just a lashing out. and the rest of the world thinks so too by consensus i believe from what ive read on other boards. as the rest of the world knows Ali just liked making the crowd happy and thats what they wanted.

thanks for pointing that out. i have my times when im not so sharp.
