That is really sad because Sonnen was becoming one of my best fighters.

I think they should be able to take whatever they want . That's what weight classes are for . I have seen guys with huge muscles get pawned and vice versa .

Well considering the site we are on i certainly agree with you. My problem with Chael is his mouth. Hyping a fight is fine.It's part of the gig...I get that. That tool goes overboard. To say what he said about Lance 'giving' himself cancer by using PED's was a dick comment. Now look at him.

Well taking whatever they want would mean cheating, and that would not be fair either.

If every mma fighter or at least the top guys take something, can you tell me how they avoid testing positive during the drug test? and if they are so smart why do some of them take Equipose a steroid that stays in the body for a year and a half?

And as for the part of them being stupid i dont think that would be the case. If you had that much money on the line would you not take something that would give u an advantage? I know i would.

Baseball players were takin hgh and the reason its undetectable is because the mlb is not allowed to test with needles. Hgh can only be detected with a needle. I cannot see how hgh would help in a fight.

Baseball players were taking more than HGH. Victor Conte's Clear by BALCO labs was a previously undetectable steroid. Not necessarily undetectable but out of the system much faster than most and masking agents could hid it very well. That is the reason why so many track and field athletes took it as well. HGH is/was used, but was secondary to the AAS developed by BALCO.

This has happened before where an explanation had shown it to be much less than taking something just to perform stronger than you are when you are healthy. True or not, I would like to see the explanation he has for what he used, (if he admits to using anything, or just denies it like Seak Sherk did in the past) and if he has a reasonable explanation with proof. I was very impressed with his performance with Anderson Silva. I dont think his performance should be taken away because of this test. PED's dont make you a good fighter, and thats what he is.

The PED used in professional athletics is a game. Just like the sports, it's just entertainment. The bummer is that he got caught. If a professional athlete wants to put PED in his body so he can give a better performance for the entertainment of the masses, why the hell not? He tested having testosterone pretty far out of the range allowed. His excuse was that they gave him a test the day after an injection of his prescribed HRT. I doubt he was prescribed prop... so it sounds BS.

This would have been even worse had Sonnen actually won, then had it taken away by the failed test.
