    Pettis vs. Henderson WEC 53

    I'm not to sure how many of you follow the WEC. Before I saw Anthony "Showtime" Pettis on the World of Jenks I didn't either.
    This kid is not only an amazing fighter, but has an amazing story. I watched him fight Ben Henderson last night for the Lightweight WEC Title. Not much to say other than this kid is one hell of a fighter.
    The fight started off with the AZ crowd booing him and cheering on their late champion Ben Henderson. Personally, I think this Henderson is a douche.
    The fight started off with Henderson basically throwing everything he had at Pettis. Pettis was very patient. In my opinion he lost the first round and took the following 4. Pettis ended the fight by jumping up and launching off the cage and landing a clean kick to Henderson's jaw. It was amazing! He took the title. It has been awhile since I have watched a fight that kept me on my feet. I am very excited to see where this kid will go in his fight career.
    He is a very hard worker, an amazing fight and definitely deserves to be the champ!
    Big ups for Anthony "Showtime" Pettis!!!

    Hopefully he does. You just never know in mma. Plenty of good fighters come and go. The kid has talent thats for sure.

    That was a great fight before the final round, the final round pushed it to all time great fight. That kick was incredible, and what made it great is that Pettis landed it 24 minutes into a title fight. Excited to see him fight in UFC.

    Definitely! Then he says "oh that's just shit we do when we're playing around at the gym! plenty more to come" kid has an amazing story as well. Can't wait to see his next fight.
