Experienced rush fit
Well what can i say, from all the haters out there who bashed GSP for doing a fitness dvd series.
The rush fit workouts are amazing, can't believe i am saying this because i really tought they would be a copy of P90X, but they are so much more.
There is a mix of yoga, bodyweight exercises, db exercises and its pretty intense.
The whole package sells at around 79$ and it comes with a full meal plan, program and more.
P90X is sold at 139$ and Insanity as well.
All in all rush fit is worth the $$$ for anyone that wants to train at home, its really based heavily on MMA conditioning.

It's nice if you don't have too much equipment and want to follow a quick workout.
