Very sad. My fathers all time favorite boxer. Growing up when talking boxing with my Dad it was Frazier , Fraizer , Frazier! Little story - when i managed an LA Fitness years ago Tim Witherspoon used to workout there. He would even do mitt work , foot work ,timed rounds etc in a raquetball court. We had these hokey black boxing gloves for the cardio kickbox aerobics class. I went out and bought a silver paint pen and had witherspoon autograph the left of one (he was know for his overhand left) one day Frazier came in to watch Tim. I couldnt believe it - I went and introduced myself. Great guy. Asked him if he would mind an autograph for my dad. He said sure. I gave him the other glove from the pair where I had Withersppon autograph the left. He looked at me and said "man i cant autograph a RIGHT hand glove" and laughed. He said he was kidding but you can bet your ass I broke up another pair and gave him the left to sign! I gave both of those gloves to my pop and they hang on his wall to this day. I havent talked to him yet but I know my Dad is very sad. Im really really glad I was able to give him that autographed glove.
