That guy is very impressive but he's doing much more than just Krav Maga in this video. I hope you enjoy the lessons but don't expect to get much out of it after 4-6 months unless your instructor is teaching more than just Krav. What belt did you get to in Karate and which discipline of Karate were you studying?

Boxing, kickboxing, muai thai, judo, jujitsu, and Goju Ryu Karate. Competed seriously in boxing and kickboxing and have had a few matches in the other styles. I haven't studied Krav Maga but learned a style very similar when I was in the Marine Corps, which is no longer taught. I think they teach jujitsu or something like it in the Marines nowadays.

Hah, looks like KaiZen is nothing to mess around with!
Well I had the same coach for kickboxing, muai thai and boxing. The rest were all separate and studied in different cities. I'd have to say that my favorite is muai thai, with American kickboxing at a close 2nd. I did very well at judo and was decent enough at jujitsu but standing and striking is my passion.

Maui thai is a excellent sport the guys throw hell of a mawashi's! U got my mind working overtime on Krav maga now i know there is a jujitsu school down the road from my place the honest truth is the grabbing techniques are good but the cardio in the class is not a good enough standard!
