If I were to run a cycle for mma, it would be a short ester test like prop in a low dose. I would use it to aid recovery. Your gonna wanna avoid any compound that is gonna cause massive pumps cause that would make a rolling a bitch. I would not run winny by itself and why are you tighting up for mma? You should be concerned with mma fitness looks don't matter.

Nolva and clomid is standard. And gaining weight while on cycle is determined by your diet and cardio.
