I fouught a little bit in the army when I was a kid. my head used to hurt the first round or two, and then it kind of goes away.

boxed my kid maybe a year ago, and i forggot how it can hurt your head. so i had to stop for a bbit and shake it off. after that i was fine.

Do you have a pretty good warm up?? A nice 10 min warm up with a good light sweat will burn off some of that rush your feeling before entering the fight. I used to have the same problem, one day my buddy was warming up and did so for about 10-15 min when he knew he would be going out to fight in about 20min. He got a decent sweat going, i asked him why he warmed up so much and he expalin it was to easy that first adreline dump. I have been doing this every fight since then and it really seems to work great!!

This has happened to me a few times. I don't know what weight cut your making, but I was dropping 20 for the scale. I fought 170 and walked around 194. That's an issue. Diet helps to. you need a lot of leefy greens to alkaline your blood a bit. Also, I found that taking a 20mg Adderall 30-45 mins before a fight helps with your nerves and helps you focus.
