Grow and Fight
Hey I'm currently training bjj an mauy tai 5 days a week I want to incorporate some major muscle gain into my routine, I was curious how often should I hit the weights? Day on day off? Without dropping my MMA training... And also how should I change my routine when I'm on cycle?
