    Not at all my first cycle. Did it allot in football like 10 years age.. New to the fighting aspect with gear. Just want a expert advice what a cycle would look like...
    Yes I will be training hard before I take it...
    Right now have a year of semi pro fights coming up. Don't matter if I will be Heavyweight or not but, would like to get to 178 and I know that's a whole different story... Main thing long strength gains and endurance. Thank you so very much.....

    In order to make the cut that you want you should consider a diet that tappers your carb intake. I fought in a Muay thai tournament in November and had to cut 25 pounds in a month. I began using the Dolce diet very strictly (I'd eat casein before bed to curb my carb cravings) and I would train 7-8 hours each week (went for one 6km run). My lean mass was 169 and stayed at 169 until the event. I didn't even cut my water weight.
    If you were to follow something like this, you would see incredible results. Then do a day or two of water cutting and you should be able to get the results you want.
    A good way to cut water weight;
    8-10 minutes in a steam room at 110-115f
    Ice cold shower until you start feeling less cold
    Repeat this 5 times.
    I usually get 2-4pounds out this way.
