This is hilarious. The bottle throwing was at the end of a UFC formal press conference. While he and his entourage were walking, Nate Diaz threw a water bottle at Connor McGregor, who still was on the stage and engaged in the press conference. Then it looks like everybody else in Diaz's crew followed suit and was throwing anything they could get their hands on.
