Best cycle for MMA?
I'm naturally 270lbs so would actually like to cut 20lbs whilst still having the energy to train 5x week.
I'm 40yrs old and lift 4x week with MMA training 4x week too.
I'm 6'4 with past experience of test cycling. I'm not wanting too much water weight and I'm also hypothyroid taking 175mcg levothyroxine daily.
Ideas???
