    Uppercut donut

Ok, so I've recently added a punching bag back into my home gym setup (conventional 150 lb hanging bag, nothing special). I'm thinking about adding something for uppercuts and have seen these uppercut donuts. It seems like they might not be that secure but I don't really have space for another bag.

I'm not training for skill or boxing, just love love LOVE hitting the bag as a form of HIIT. Great stress reliever, too.

Anyhow, I attached an example of what I am talking about.

Does anybody have any experience or recommends?

    I like speed bags.

You can get great cardio and get timing in check in case you need it.

I've always been horrible with the speed bag. Maybe that is enough reason to get one. Come to think of it, I could rig it to the main bag for upper cuts, then hang it separately when I want to work speed. I'm limited on space ATM.

It comes easy it's a learning curve, but once you got the rythym dialed in, it's fun.

Plus it's fun landing uppers on the speed bags
