Drills
If you need any help with drills or workout tips for baseball, I am all about it. I have been playing baseball for over 14 years, so I know quite a bit about how to keep in the RIGHT shape for baseball.

are you a pro ball player......i just finished my career at a 4 year university....i guess, i played for 17 years.....wow..thats a long time now that i think about it

what kind of experience do you have? I am a college player right now. Well Im a pitcher. Some dont consider us athletes. But any workout advice or additional stretch routines you can give would be great.

I have college ball experience, which Im doing right now at a 4 year. What kind of advice do you want? I can give you a whole workout routine if you want. With a training regiment as well.

well right now Im penning 2 times a week. And trying to get some longtoss in as well. Any sort of stretches would help since Im trying to stay flexible.

my favorite stretches are forearm and shoulder stretches since it seems I get hurt there the most. Just do wrist curls really help me out and some over the shoulder stretches. I also use the stretch where you put your two arms behind your back and have someone pull your arms together. It works really well especially for a pitcher or an outfielder which I am
