Quick question, does creatine have a negative effect on running, like say 3 to 7 miles? I was told to quit taking it because it would dehidrate and exhaust my body alot quicker. Thanks for the help. -devil1

yea it will if your running that. i only use it when doing sprint work. youll cramp up so bad if running more than a mile. unless you stay really really hydrated.

Agree.. anything over a mile with createin will cause you to cramp up alot.
