    hey we need more track convo- comon. were the olympics not enuff to get everyone jacked on track for awhile???

    heh, all the track convo is at charliefrancis.com , but i agree, there should be more track convo going on, its a very exciting sport and the training is very intriguing.

    welp ill tlak aobu ttrack i compete in the shot and 100 meters im lookin to get my 100 meters down by alot and have been lookin into some training camps anyone have any suggestions?

    In sweden track and field is BIG AS HELL!!!! the the clubs has´nt got room for all the kidds wanting to train... this is because of all the swedish T&F stars.

    The comon opinion is that they are all clean.. yeah right!!? Anavar flows like a river in their locker rooms (I know a former coach)
