sprint up hill 10 times...Then Sprint on Flat ground 10 times...do this 4-5 times a week for a month and your time will deffinetly get better
form and acceleration drills... such as falling stars, practicing coming off blocks, and running up stairs...... started them as a freshman in high school.... and was running varsity by sophmore year
also box jumps help alot with explosiveness and speed
if you have an agility ladder those are very helpfull to improve your quickness and feetwork
