    I am a Co-Caption of our church team, and need drill advice

    Just curious if any good drills, and/or "WORKOUTS" that will strengthen batting for the team?

    we have any awesome gym that we can use.

    if you need basketball drills i can give you a ton.....never heard the term batting in basketball though

    u need to get on ur knees and pray to god that u dont use batting in a basketball game
