I'm 11 months off a full cuff repair and looking to do a Var cycle to help me recover and get back to pro ball quick, with some added strength. This will be my first.
Here are my stats: 5'11" 165, 5% BF
I'm looking for help in constructing a cycle. Also, should I throw in some Prop or Enanthate as well?
