Newb to the sprint scene wanting advice

    Hiya,
Back in school I was a sprinter, I didn't train for it I was just naturaly quick'ish - nothing sepcial though. I'm now 22 and I've been training on and off for about 18 months with the last 5 months being solid. I haven't been training for sprinting, I've been training the whole body just to put on some extra muscle. I'm starting a Test E cycle in a week and it got me thinking a little about sprinting again. I don't want to get into anything serious because I'm a little old to start at 22 as well as numerous other reasons but I'd like to do a little training to bring on my strength to give "better" sprint results.
Can any of you guys help me out? any advice on training to give improved sprinting?
    I'm currently 22, 185lb, 5'10'' and probably 13/14% body fat.
    Cheers

Ya, his web site sucks but the forum is good. Really though all you need to do is buy Charlie Francis Training System and all the info you need is in there. You can buy it from his web site.

Francis' site is good if you just go for the forums. T-Nation is fine, but by no means does it cater to a sprinter. You can also check out elitetrack.com, it's pretty good.
