Had first rugby scrimage of the spring season and prety out of shape. Ive been trying to get my mass up this winter. Any tips on maintaining weight while conditioning. I basicaly am going to eat my ass off while conditioning but any other tips would be helpful, possibly some type of regiment they i should consider doing to get in shape.
