i gave it to a high school junior. this kid weighs 170 pounds and this is his last week of the 7. he maxed out at 340 bp, 195 hang cleansx3, 355 saqut for reps. this kid only weighs 170 haha. he has made huge jumps in weight and reps, 40 pounds on his bench, 60 on cleans for reps, 40 pounds on squats for reps.
now how can i alter the program so he can extend it?
