i like how the volume is so low and its right to the point. i would say this is out of season? thing i dont like is the volume on the running. too low IMO. needs more substance i would say.

me and chris talk bout that today, and he said its bc he only have soo much time to work with them, and since str line speed isnt everything he has to be balance. he said his warmup take just as long as his speed work. he only take 45-60 btw each sprint.

yea i was reading that about athletic trainers and how they only have so much time bc of classes ect ect.

now with this being said. what is the difference with a 40 speed and actual speed. bc i can post a good 40 time but in carrying that over is this how the set up works? or is it something different?

i mean there is a difference between pure speed and a 40 speed. so how would a 40 workout change over into a reg speed workout.

well football speed is in its own category bc ur on a field and its getting to teh ball. but in the sense of the 40 is all acc and u basically work within the parameters of 40 yards. then suddenly you dont need to test at your 40 so now you need that speed speed to carry over to get you ready for the field. i know what i am trying to say but its not comming out right at all haha

    thur: 110's

that seems like its all trying to build endurance. low rest. wouldnt this have a negative effect on speed?

depends on who u talk to.. u should be able to answer that.

1: look at usc are they slow
2: it is training you to use that 4.3 speed for 5quarters.
    3: mental toughness

yea true. plus great strives can be made in the weightroom to improve speed.

i also saw they do some plyos which is straight.
