American football routines 4 mma?
Anybody know of any proven American football weighttraining routines weights and plymetrics as i wanna add mass/strength and stamina yet use this in mma as i have 2-3 months to get the extra mass ect b4 i go off to the mma training camp for 3 months and these guys are monsters..I am 6'4 265 18% bf

bigger faster stronger is a company who makes football workouts will power, olympic lifts, and plyos all commbined together, but if you want to just gain mass, i would recomend a bodybuilding "body parts work out were you do a muscle group a day."
