i need some pushers for the 50m/60m in swimming. i dont wanna take any anabiloc steroids or hormones, cause i'm quite young. But taking high proteins, creatine and stuff should be ok.
i just need anything else, that makes it possible to break the limit, if you understand what i mean.
some people told me you take ephedrin hcl in connection with 200mg caffaine.
