    during season workouts

    how should i workout during my football season should i just do less weight for more reps working out 4 times a week are should i just do compound lifts 3 times a week. i would liike to know any good suggestions please.

    CUT UR VOL BY 50% FOR INSEASON WORKOUTS:


    session 1:
    lunge jumps
    block snatches
    kneeling chest press
    front squats
    bp


    session 2:
    box jumps
    hang clean
    wood chopper throws
    barbell stepups
    incline


    SESSION 3: OPTIONAL NERUAL WORKOUT DAY BEFORE GAME
    over head mb toss 2x5
    jump squat 3x5x<65lb

    mon:
    clean pull
    squats line or stepup skill
    bp
    sh press
    rdl
    tri circuit

    tue or wed circuit training

    thur:
    bp
    db bench
    db incline
    sh circuit
    tri circuit
