In season workout?
Play football in Juco I only weigh 165 14%bf and Im having hardest time putting on weight. eating about 3500-4000 cals a day, should I go more? I heard Isolating muscle groups to one a day helps gain mass better then all the squats, cleans and plyos I have been doing. Also Im going to run test cyp, decca and dbol , going to start a week before camp, any suggestions?

where do you play juco ball? better hope they dont test at all cuz deca guna be 18 months to get outa ya

if your in juco college you probably shouldnt be using any gear until ya get older...unless youve made the mistake and done cycles and started early
