if you're looking for a short lasting anabolic, you'll probably be injecting quite frequently and that can get painful and that pain can affect the way you perform on the field. i've had some bad prop injections where the pain was enough to make me think that something was seriously wrong... if i had to try to play through that then i think my performance would have suffered greatly.
my best recommendation is that you go through this season and work on your diet because that is a huge facet of overall trianing that most people overlook completely. when your diet is in check, then research your cycle and get your gear in order and run a proper cycle in the offseason. I would recommend a cycle during the summer because you're away from the team and you can really focus on your training without the interference of schoolwork.

i've thought a lot about this and this is the best advice i could come up with...and that's why i waited until i was out of season.
