i was searching on the internet and this website and i found a link to a workout program that is on the Miami hurricanes football webpage, i was also looking for a running program to compliment the workout.

A little about me, im 19 years old i have been training since a freshman in high school. I wasn't into working out until my senior year in hs, so i followed what the school told me to do. Since i graduated i have been going to CCSU a 1-aa football team but have not played. Im going to be a walk-on next season and i need to get in shape quick. I have been following a body building routine as of lately but im switching to the football routine next week. Any pointers or help with a running/agility program would be great i dont even know where to begin. Thanks
