    30m timed

    do any of u guys know whats a good hand timed 30m sprint from a 3 point?

    3.40sec standing position is good hand time

    Trust me, It is possible. lol hold on my bad just checked my journal. My pb is 3.68 from the blocks.

    Naw it was hand. I ran 10.38 100
    6.91 60m I have ran the 60 3 times in my career. Im sure I can drop a 6.8-6.7 60. the 100 and 60 were fat

    times dont look right slow 60, i ran 6.8's 60 and only 10.5's 100m. u must have world class top end speed are shitty start and acc.

    Yea you could say that. ONce i hit the 50-55m mark im out. I hat indoor track. Im sure if I work at running a good 60 I could.

    there nothing to work on if u can run 10.3 then it should be easy, the 60 is the first part of the 100m lol. the two shouldnt be any diff

    It is different. Get a bad start and the race is over. LIke i said I have only ran the 60 3 times and had mediocre starts each time. When I ran the 10.3 I got a great start and I was also in great shape. It was at the end of the season when i ran the 10.3. I have ran 6.58 hand time at practice in the 60. So Im Sure I could drop my sixty time if I really cared to. But Like i said I hate indoor track .
