baseball season
nba sucks and footballs over march madness cant come soon enough then baseball season. crossing my fingers the mets dont shit the bed like they always do but im not keeping my hopes up and if they can win the east again ill be content until next season when some big names finally hit the market. wouldnt mind seeing ichiro in rightfield myself or zambrano as a number 1 pitcher.

Pirate fan here.I know they have sucked the last 15 years.but there is hope with a new season.Pittsburgh has not had a winning season since Barry Bonds left.Maybe this year we'll have a 500 record.

at least jason bay is sick. hes a complete player speed and power hes great to watch. that has to be the top 5 all time boner moves the mets made trading bay. number one though was signing mo vaughn for 19 mill a year.

I see for mets reeally dark, their rotation is just not there...their offense is ludacris....Reds I really like their team seriously, Harang has good stuff he just has to pitch the way he can....and Pirates I see nothing good in them..lol..Bay is awesome and the other one that one the batting title ehmm sanchez if not mistaken...but I think they really have to raise up thei payroll...btw I am an A'S fan..lol..soo I know something about low payroll...Go Oaklandd

canseco was my hero growing up. some role model i had huh. mets rotation is sketchy never know if pedro is gunna play, glavine is like 75 years old, maine had a sick year but it was only his rookie season so never know, and el duque's real age is unknown and his arm is known to get tired. their bullpen is however reliable as long as duaner stays healthy and heilman has a first half like he did last year. i hope for the best i ordered tickets for the monday nite game against the marlins hopefully wright and cabrera can put on a show for best 3b'man in the nL

canseco was awesome but since he dated Madonna he got smoke up his ass... but your right I think the only ace on their squad could be maine, Because the other ones are kind off the number 2 punch..they can be good, but they wouldnt be your arm for an importantan game... and if they reach 9th inning on top welll wagner flamer will be waiting... but with the offense they have they could easily score runs of any rotation...

I really do hope the Mets suck....no offense but I am a huge Braves fan. I am not sure if Pedro is going to play but Glavine is still a great pitcher and he will be until he retires.

i hate the braves and how they dont spend money. i dont know if turner still owns them but if he does he gotta spend some loot considering hes the richest owner in the league. i do like francour and mccann though. they are some of the best young talent in the league. mccann saved my fantasy team last year in a lucky pickup.

i hate the unfairness in the leauge with the yanks and boston throwing money around that other teams can't do and buying every big time free agent everytime. it's BS for the teams with small payrolls.

the thing is alot of teams have the money they just dont care as much about winning so i gotta tip my hat to george. other teams gotta realize too it takes money to make money and the yankees bring money in at home games and generate alot of money for other teams when they go away. big market teams like atlanta, los angeles, chicago all have money to spend and the cubs just dumped 300 mill this year so maybe the rest of the league is getting the big picture. even the brewers should have a huge payroll considering they're owned by anhauser busch. the marlins have the worst payroll in the league at under 20 million and they did sick so what do they do fire girardi the jackasses. other teams just like to shoot themselves in the foot and blame their problems on the yankees. Like i said im used to losing im a mets fan but i dont think theres anything wrong w/ what the yankees do and im sure all other fans would kill to have george as their owner.

yes im also happy that small market team like marlins did win the world series , because as we all know its all about the hottest team in september-october , i really thaught that the tigers were gonna win this year... as for I am a A'S fan and I know they dont spend the money for their team, but suppose they have a big plan for the enw stadium and stuff , they lost giambi, tejada, damon, izzy, mulder, hudson , zito...and still they can make the play off... billy beane signed thomas last year, was quite a accomplishment.. btw with all means I really would hate the a's to have an owner like george..lol..I would love an owner like moreno from the angels....george is just a bad man he really his...he seems to have no heart..lol.. ( but alot of rings )

I like that the Twins and A's and Marlins can win without spending the money the big boys do. But that said I am a BoSox fan and I love that they got Matsuzaka
