improving 40 times
Alot of you guys know me on here and i've helped alot of you out as well.
Just out of curiosity what kind of exercises(plyometrics or weight trainnig) do you do to help you get out of the blocks quicker?
To improve your 40 time?
running w/ a chute or weight sled really help that much?

A chute isn't going to help you because the 40's all about acceleration. A sled is better than a chute, but still sort of a pain. Some things that will help:

various box jumps, short sprints, cleans and snatches, lower intensity footwork and agility exercises.

You need to do cleans and practice coming out of the blocks. Make sure when you set your hands to lean your upper body. It should feel like your going to fall straight on your face. When you lift your ass keep that lean and just explode out.
