Question pro rugby player needing help.....

Hi guys, I'm a pro rugby player just comming off a 6 month injury break.. I had pcl reconstruction, and then had problems with my sholder after a car accident..
    So gyming has been limited..
    But I'm healthy again..
    I'm 26, 114kg's (250 lbs), 1,87 m ( 6'1)..
my position front row and requires power and explosivity..
My problem is that during my injury I put on quite a bit of fat and lost LBM.
My BF is mabe around 21-23%.. ( mabe more )
I am still under contract and my new season will be starting in aug..
I'm looking to burn as much fat and squeez in a short cycle before they get a chance to test me..
I need to end up being 250-260 but leaner and stronger.
I need to get my body and power good again asap..
I've been looking and thought masteron ( sorry, couldn't find the abr) would an be option.. Not sure if its ideal for a sport like rugby, or if I should be stacking it and if I need a pct..
    Any help would b appeciated.

start with ur diet get into a proper cuttin diet.
use some t3 so u dont lose much muscle.
low intensity cardio b4 breakfast or on an empty stomach.
im pretty sure u's are nearin the end of a season anyway but after u can just get back into keeping ur new bf% and then bulking

terrible advice... T3 will waste muscle. Please do not offer advice that could be harmful or produce negative results.

Anyhows.... Masteron IMO would be a very poor choice of compound for you. It is great for a competing BBer in single digit BF to harden up pre comp and is not too bad when used with test to prevent aromatization but that is about it.
I would go for a test base and add some tren . I realise tren i supposed to negatively affect cardio but IMO that is minimal compared to the cons for you. Increase in strength and BF reduction. I have used tren and done 2 hours of cardio plus my weights daily with no probs while low carbing so it should not be a problem for you!! Now you may also want to consider stacking a low dose T3 with it as tren down regs t3 production slightly (this is not absolutely nessecary). I would also add clen for its fat loss and anti catabolic properties.

    1-10 test C 500mg EW
    5-10 Tren A 75mg ED
5-12 Clen (see FAQ in my sig for dosing)
optional t3 at 25mcg ED during cycle.
Letrozole on hand in case of any nasty sides (gyno or progesterone related)

    PCT after cycle http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=209758

hey beast, I apreciate your sugestion..
Only problem with it is that the detection times on all these roids are too long and its a bit risky for me, as there is the possibillity that I will get tested.. Have you got any other sugestions?? I have until the end of aug to be clean...

I honestly wouldn't reccomend any of that except for the test. The tren will kill his cardio (bad), and fitness is the most important thing in rugby...far more important than strength.

Letrozole will cause bone mineral density problems, and lessen the strength of his connective tissue and inhibit collagen formation...basically it'll open him up to injury.

And I play rugby, and from personal experience, those two compounds are not what he wants to be on.

500mgs/week of test is plenty for an athlete. I'd run test suspension, hGH, IGF, and that's probably it, because of testing concerns.
