    Lacrosse

I play lacrosse and was wondering besides Dieting and exercising..because thats all ive been hearing because running about 5 miles a day plus is plenty and also working about 5 times a week, what would be a good thing to take to get me more mussle mass and a little more cut. Age 19, Weight 178, Height 5" 11" about 10% body fat. Have been playing sports all my life and never really got any bigger from everything that ive tried doing. Ive done all the creatine and protine stuff and never seemed to work like it said it did of that long period of time. So if there is any way that you can reference anything so i can look it up and research it on this wonderful site (not being sarcastic, very good site props) that would be great thank you.

Youre young still, i dont know if you were thinking about AAS but dont. You basically need food. Check out the Diet section of the site and post up what you eat on a daily basis. Include Macros and goals and there are ALOT of knowladgeable people that will be happy to help you.

And Lax is a great sport. I played for years and now am doing my first HS coaching gig and its a blast.
