Age 19, Weight 178, Height 5" 11" about 10% body fat. Have been playing sports all my life and never really got any bigger from everything that ive tried doing. Ive done all the creatine and protine stuff and never seemed to work like it said it did of that long period of time. So if there is any way that you can reference anything so i can look it up and research it on this wonderful site (not being sarcastic, very good site props) that would be great thank you.
