I'm going into my first year of college football. I played in high school but have now been outta football for 2 years. I'm still in decent condition I just want some advice to help me out as much as possible for this up-coming season(fall 2008). I plan to try out for HB ...I'm 5'7" 170 and i'm mainly a speed n quickness type of back not very physical yet due to my size. I want to gain as much strength and speed/quickness as possible in the next 7 months and maybe put on some weight but not too much cuz my speed is most important. Is there anyone out there that could post a good lifting program for my situation? Also, any supplements or cycles i should use to help out? I'm gonna be playin for a 2 year college in NY, i was told they don't test the athletes, is that true? As much info. as possible would be greatly apprieciated. thanks
