    Pre NFL combine cycle

Well basically in about 10 months i have some walk on try outs do to knowing the right people and having played 4 seasons of Arena Pro Football, so i need to know if anyone has any suggestions that i can take to help me achieve the best results and be clean by the combine... I keep hearing Sustanon 250 because its out of you within 2 to 3 months and gets you the best gains for a test. My stats are 6'5 315lbs. 23% bf. 40 yd dash = 4.79sec 36 in. vertical defensive end / offensive tight end. any recomendations greatly appreciated

I would personally stay away from anything that is gonna ad water weight such as test dball. If you gonna use a test and actually you should it should be a short acting prop or suspension with winstrol or halotest.
Your already a big guy and if your out on the D end your gonna need speed/stegnth and agility before your gonna need more size just my opinion.

What are you goin out to the combine as? DL or TE?

If your goin out for DE or TE you need to improve your 40... I'd suggest you throw in some winny, winstrol helps build fast twitch muscle fibers and lowers water retention. I dont think you would need test you already seem big enough but if your looking to put on more size test would be what your looking for. With the winny It will help you knock down your 40 time and be quicker on your feet.

Theres a bunch of different tests that will last 3 months in your body, sust. 250 is great for beginners but i recommend you do your research and find out whats good for you. Theres also a detox you can get youy take it for 5 days and it gets rid of all traces of test. Good luck

well im actually not to concearned with my speed right at this point seens how i am in the top 5 % of linebacker speed nationally tested for the NFL comapred to trying to increase my upperbody strength to standout in the 225 bench press. The 2006 record was 47 reps and i believe the 2007 record was 43, and i believe that with a strong performance, at least in the mid 30's range i should get a few looks from some of the agents and coaches. So in a nutshell im tryin to increase upper body strength overall.

Dude, if you can run a 4.7 and have a 36 inch vertical at 315Lbs then you should have been a 1st rd draft pick. Those numbers would have made you the fastest player over 300lbs at this years combine. Not to mention having a vertical comparable to most RBs and DB's. You sure those are not guestimates?

although you to big for a tightend and most offensive linemen your sive are running between a 4.9 and 5.5 there are also a good bit running a 4.7. now that 36'' vertical is another story. an average 300 pounder has a 21'' vertical

First of all he said 4.79 40, which is believable. The 36" vert is not. You are waayyy to big to be a tight end and you would be a huge D-end. Im not neccessarily calling you out, but at your size you should be playing tackle. O or D. As far as AAS, make sure if you use anything it will be out of your system by tryout time
