    In season cycle

    Ok im entering my soph year in juco football, i ran test cyp at 500mg per week last season and had problems with cramps and tore my hamstring. Ive done some reading and figured to run a lower mg so after my off time i ran 350 per week for spring training and no cramps. Ive been off for about 3.5 months now and have maintained form 235 to 228 but some lifts have dropped such as my bench at reppin 225=24x to about maybe 18 now. im trying to decide to stay natty and maybe that will avoid injury or run again during season to keep my edge. Any advice for cycles or even a pre fall camp blitz. no deca and winni tho. Thanks

    What are you trying to improve? What postion are you at?
    what are your stats?
    BF%?
    Age?

    Well if thats you in the avatar, you have a very good base, and it doesnt seem you have diet or training issues so...

    since your about 230, i assume your a OLB or maybe FB.... Stick to Test E at 200mg 2xw for 12wks, and if you want maybe kickstart with Dbol for the first 4wks... This should get you to about 245 at around wk 6-7... your gonna drop after your cycle is over, but itll give you your edge back...

    also, will there be any performace testing issues?

    Ive ran 2 cycles before of just test like i said. started off with 440mg pw, then bumped up to 600mg pw during season but i had cramping issues. Dropped to mg to 350mg pw during spring and was good with running and all but still had some muscle issue during squat, i dnt think i was strecthed good enough.
    BF im not sure i would prolly say 16-18? jus mid fat. Yes i play both ILB and MLB at a juco so no testing until i transfer.
    Im trying to hold weight at about 225 230 and stay lean which wont be a problem in season just worried about the cramping issues.
    I wanna put up a good 3 rep for my bench and squat but still wanna be able to have my speed.
    Ive got A-50s right now that im thinking on running before fall camp but am unsure with test or omnadren and at what mg.

    Hey bro sorry for delyed response...

    Ok so you you want to stay around 230, alright, now if speed and lean muscle is what your lookin for...

    Well if your looking to stay at 230 (which if i read correctly is where you are now) you might wanna look at Anavar ...

    maybe week 1 at 40, just to get a feel, then move up to 60 or 80 even, or just start at 60 or 80 if you want..
    you can run it anywhere from 4-8+ weeks, 8 weeks @ 80 mgs ed would be pretty solid. with a small pct probably.

    This will move you to around 235 (considering your going to be totally shredded!), and it shouldnt hinder your playmaking abilities that you need at ILB...
    another plus, it will probably drop your BF%, and your strength should go up consideribly, and you wont lose speed...

    Sounds like this might be your best bet... That is, if ive interpreted everything youve said right.

    Sorry for jumping into this conversation but I'm also going onto my soph year in JUCO this year, and have a very similar case as helmetroller. I'm a dual athlete in wrestling and football and during my football season I had torn my hamstring in spring training at camp while I was taking deca at 1 cc a week. I had started seeing results on week 7 but then suddenly tore my hamstring doing simple running drills. I then took time off and waited for wrestling season, and tore the same hamstring again as well as straining my opposite hammy. I've been lifting weights and running and so far so good things are feeling good but tight, but I don't think I stretched out properly or long enough. I'm looking on jumping onto a stack here and was wondering what you would recommend.

    My Stats
    6 foot 3
    sitting around 24% body fat
    545lb squat 405 bench 275 clean/snatch

    yah ive lost a little down to about 225, Anavar huh, stack with anything or just by itself. Im runnin a bit a anadrol right now to get a lil weight back but im looking to maintain during season.

    wow anadrol huh... the hepatoxicity in that, is worse than any other roid bro, i hope your not doing it for more than a few weeks....

    As far as Anavar goes, yeah i would say take it by itself for those 6-8wks... IF your on the A-50 for a few weeks, expect to put on some serious size and water retention... But like i said, Anavar will be a perfect canidate for you... It'll keep youre BF% down a lil, your strength will go up, and your gonna have a nice tone....

    Now personally, im a fan of pryaminding the first time i use a new AAS... but, hey, im not your dad, so you can either start of at about 60+ daily for wk1...
    then move it up from there.... Or just start out and take 80mgsDaily for the full 6-8wks...

    Either way, its gonna work for ya, especially since youre takin those Abombs, Var is very mild on the liver, so no need to worry about takin time off when you come off the A-50...

    Now the only problem is can you afford it?

    its expensive, but hey, you get what you pay for bro...
    Just make sure you have a PCT ready at the end!

    Yah im only running it for about 4 weeks if that, only because ive lost to much weight at work even with eating every 3 hours, but yah i can afford it and think thats the way im gonna go, any affect on endurance??

    Again bro, i think i have cramped with almost everything ive taken,
    so remember...
    Stretching and water keeps the cramps down...

    Loss of endurance should not be an issue... I mean, to an extent, i feel slowed whenever im on anyway, but it should not affect your endurance...

    I think youre gonna be happy with the Var... Like i said before, it wont blow your weight up, itll shread you up, and the side effects are minimal...

    Let me know how its going and what your dosage is gonna be....

    its wasnt the gear that making u cramp fella...i bet my life it was ur diet, prob to much sodium and not enough potassium brother! try and add fruit to every meal except late at night!

    Prop has always been good for me but keep it under 400mg a week during season. Stay away from Tren bro, ****s way to much shit up like ur ankles bad. And var im about to try but i hear it cost to much for what its really worth.

    You are correct Helmut...

    what you are saying is true, Tren Ace can F you up...Thyroid issues and ball shrinking, anxiety and temper problems are all part of it... but when PCT, diet, and training are in check, along with taking the proper things like T3 and HCG , you should be totally fine in reliative low doses.

    And yes, Var is expensive, but if you want to cut, you really dont have much of a choice
