    Pre-Season/In-Season Cycle?

I'm going onto my soph year in JUCO this year. I'm a dual athlete in wrestling and football and during my football season I had torn my hamstring in spring training at camp while I was taking deca at 1 cc a week. I had started seeing results on week 7 but then suddenly tore my hamstring doing simple running drills. I then took time off and waited for wrestling season, and tore the same hamstring again as well as straining my opposite hammy. I've been lifting weights and running and so far so good things are feeling good but tight, but I don't think I stretched out properly or long enough. I'm looking on jumping onto a stack here and was wondering what you would recommend.

    My Stats
    6 foot 3 285lbs Defensive Tackle
    5.01 40 yard dash 26'' vert
    sitting around 24% body fat
    545lb squat 405 bench 295 snatch

Thanks in advance to any help you provide, as I am somewhat still learning.

OK bro... Now, to start, how old you?
if your not 22, its probably not the best idea to get started with AAS...

second, your BF% is high, i understand your a DT, and youre a big guy, but still, your not the prime canidate...

Are you hell bent on starting AAS?
If youre not, wait a while, work your BF% down to around 15-18%, and come back...

if you are hell bent, and there is nothing i can say to stop you, ill offer up some advice, but seriously bro, think long and hard before hand...

I just got measured for BF% today and I'm 17 on arms 16 on Legs and 19 on Stomach. I'm 110% sure I'm going the route of AAS. So all your help is needed and appreciated for I have been reading on this forum night and day for the past year or so. On the age I'm 22, but messed with Deca when I was 21 which wasn't such a bad idea but wasn't the greatest. Thanks for the reply I look forward to hearing from you!

alright well, glad to see your BF% isnt too high but still...

alright bro, normally i would not offer much help, but since your a hard head(much like me ) and youre a friend of helmetroller, + youre gonna do it anyway, ill give you a hand...

first off, what are you trying to do exactly? what are you tryin to get out of it???

are you looking to increase size and strength, or decrease BF and increase speed and agility???
and how long were you on deca ?

lets start there, and like i asked Helmet, are they going to be testing issues? I know you wont have any till you transfer, but you do know that deca can stay in your system for up to 18 months?
is this gonna be and issue?

Thanks for the help man, now lets get it started! I'm trying to decrease BF and increase speed and agility. Putting on strength wouldn't be a bad thing either. I was on DECA for 4 weeks then was down to an injury and just said screw it. Testing will not be an issue what so ever for me. Thanks for the timely responses as I appreciate it greatly!

ok, now for first time users such as yourself(that 4wks on deca doesnt count), i would say
Test E at 250mg2XW for 12wks... In order to see how your body reacts to AAS. You only introduce 1 in your first cycle...

but since, you want to lose some BF, and gain some strength...

    Maybe a cycle consisting of
    Test prop
    tren
    var
is more suitable... Though im not sure if this is to advanced for you considering youve never cycled before... Im having some real doubts.....

ill tell you what, if your diet and PCT are on point, ill tell you what to do(itll put my mind at ease so i know you wont mess up)
so list your PCT, and your daily diet WITH macros

also, is helmut you personally know?
if so, that makes me feel a lil better...

If telling you right now right off the bat that I will listen 110% on to what you have to say and follow exactly what you have to say on my cycle will make you feel any better and help me out then hopefully that clears things up right away. As for my diet
    3800-4000 calories per day
380-400 grams of protein per day
380-400 grams of carbs per day
    85 grams of good fats
My diet is 110% and I follow it very strictly, and there will never be a cheating day!

As for a PCT I've got a bunch in mind and think and would like to believe that I know what ones I should use, but am also still open minded on what PCT would be suit me. What would you have in mind for a PCT.

Once again bro, I thank you so much for helping me out!

As for my ideas of a PCT I was thinking on using Nolva and Aromasin and maybe a HCG for PCT, now I know I cannot take Nolva while I'm on this cycle due to the fact that it increases progesterone receptors in the breast tissues correct? Is there any PCT I should take while I'm on this cycle?

Once again bro, I don't what I can do in return to the favor. It's so hard to get help on here if your a new member. Thanks for helping me out!

Alright I've made up my mind on a PCT and have them ready to rock and roll now I just need your help bro and letting me know what I should take and what not! I'm going to run a PCT of Nolvadex and proviron , that seems like the best PCT for this cycle, but please guide me elsewhere if I'm wrong!?!

Alright bro slow down, i know its exciting, but, one step at a time...

Ok one thing i did forget to take into consideration, is that Tren does take a toll on your endurance... This is a obvious problem for you being an athlete...
... Now like i said, it does take a toll,

You should abosolutly take HCG during your PCT for tren, 300-500 IU's every 3-4 days...

and there is a T3 problem as well, so you could take 25MCGs of T3/DAY, though most people dont because of the $$ (though, its really not that bad)... There shouldnt be many sides since its at such a low dose. Really though, just take it when you start to feel lathargic, a sign that your thyroid levels are low, and from there on...

As far as the PCT goes, dude, CLO-MID!!!! you need clomid in your PCT ALWAYS!

About the nolva, youre going to run it during PCT, NOT during your cycle... You also might wanna use letro to combat progeserone induced gyno...
Do a usual PCT with Clomid, Nolva, and HCG... and letro when needed...

ok, that takes care of your PCT, now, the problem i addressed earlier is the tren...

Is this somethin your gonna be cool with?

i saw you asked Helmut about this cycle, and what he said is true, it can F you up... of course this isnt likely when your PCT, diet, and training is in check... you should be totally fine..

And yes, Var is expensive, but if you want to cut, you really dont have much of a choice... Tren is pricey too, but its worth every penny... There are some things you might have to worry about while on Tren that you wouldnt with other AAS...

the whole point is, its your body, your money, and your decision...

If you decide this particular cycle isnt for you, thats cool, no worries, i can see what else i can cook up for you...

I just know, that this is the piez de resistance of cutting cycles...
it will get you where you need to be...

The other choices for cutting are Deca (when stacked correctly) same as Tren Ace, winnie (which is bad for althetes, joints and bone problems) and Var.

I like what I'm reading man, as far as the endurance goes though, what kind of hit is it going to take on my endurance? I don't need to be in tip top shape I need to play 100% every play don't get me wrong but I don't need to go run a marathon or run 10 miles. I was figuring sense it cuts some body fat from me it couldn't hurt me that bad if its taking away fat?

And unfortunatly bro, the BF thing, its not the case. Its gonna hit you...hard

it happens differently from person to person bro... But, im not takin any chances... you may want rethink the tren

You fight? Thats awesome, I have a few MMA fights currently under my belt, and getting into the whole UFC deal and absolutely love it. Believe it or not I train with and in the same gym as Brock Lesnar, so I'm learning pretty quick my wrestling background helps a ton with my ground game and I'm working on my stand up. But back to the Tren , lets put a skip on Tren, is there anything that actually will help cardiovascular exercise or is that no such thing? If thats the case thats cool too. What other cycle do you think would best suit me, I'll take tren after football and before wrestling, as it will help me cut!

Ok bro no worries about the Tren ...

you might want to look into a EQ Var cycle

    or Test prop Var cycle...

Look into those, and come back if you need some more help...

and thats cool about training bro, just remember it takes time...

So who is it you train under? Whats your trainers name? And that means youre with Sherk too right? ??

Lesnar looks like he has some serious potential... Im not too impressed by him i have to admit, i think Herring is going to win their fight, but ive been wrong before...

Ive been fighting for about 5 years now... Though my main focus is my Jiu Jitsu now...Im justs trying to place nationally so i have a shot at Abu Dhabi/worlds next year... I have a fight in Dec. and then im going to be cycling so i wont fight again till June or July next year...
