here is the deal, im a european player trying to make a nfl practice roster through the "international player program" they have going on.

as i am not from the states i need to impress in the combine they do in london and in the camps they hold after that. ie. alot of size and strength! right now im 280, 22 reps of 225 and running a 5.1 40. im a center so need to be like 290+ but benching 30 + reps to be noticed by the scouts. im thinking i can sacrifice some of my 40 time for the extra pounds.

does anyone have any advice on the best stuff to take for an athlete and is that "steroid clense" stuff or real? can it get you clean in 5 days to beat a drug test?
