I am new to this forum...great site.....I am looking for some quality help since this will be my first cycle ever...Just alittle about me
I am a 100m runner with a PR of 10.17 and 200m at 20.65...I am 26 years old and have decide that enough is enough after watch may of my competitors at the Olympics winning medal that are on stuff... I need to get on something or I might as well give up track and field...my goal is Under 10 sec and 20 sec this year.....I have have done lots of studying in regards to what I feel I need to take but just need alittle advice from more experience users...I plan on take my first cycle Sept 15 and finish Dec 1 here it is...

Week 1 and 2 EPO 3000IU on Mon/Wed/Fri and for next 3 weeks only on Wed
This is to help with the training load ...
Week 3 to 8- Test E 250mg once a week for strength
Week 3 to 8- HGH Mon/Wed/Fri 3500IU for recovery
Week 3 to 8- Anavar at 40 mg a day for strength without wieght gain
Week 8 to 10 Cytomel to cut up

I don't need to gain weight because I am already to big...less weight gain the better...i am 195 at the moment but during competition I am around 183-186lb...thanks for the help
