i was using test during football season, and i injured about everything i could possibly injure. Both of my rotator cuffs are still fcked up pretty badly, along with my hamstring. Doing Test only is pretty stupid, is the conclusion i came 2. You haveto do it with something like HGH or EQ/anavar. It didnt rlly help me at all, just some slight increases in strength. In the beginning i felt pretty good, but with the injuries that quickly changed.
