    Baseball help

I need some serious help with my lifting program. The one we're on now is an absolute joke...so bad that I'd rather not even list it on here. I really want to put on some weight as i'm around 170 right now and I'm right at 6'. I have been upping my calorie intake to around 3000 and 200 grams of protein a day and whey is all that I am taking. I have been splitting up my lift and going 5-6 days a week but I'm thinking full body lifts may be more beneficial? Any help will be greatly appreciated

PM me bro, I played college ball and am a strength and conditioning specialist (NSCA). I have a special place for ball players.

What position do you play? Is there specific area, or part of your game, that you are trying to improve?
