at 21, learning how to eat cleanly with sufficient macros/calories is your best bet.
Honestly that's not enough anymore. Especially when competing against steroid users.
How young are guys using gear these days to excel?
Is their testing in college?

So whats the point? I mean if you are a freak of nature at a young bc of gear I am sure someone along the way is going ot test you right?
