Sport then workout ?
Hi guys looking for a bit of advice , I play alot of football ( soccer ) well 3 games a week , Tuesday night Wednesday night n Thursday night , I'm struggling for time to work out due to this but i love the sport so was wondering if its ok to workout after my games ? Ppl had told me not to

Think of your games as a cardio session. You probably wouldn't get a good lifting workout in after a long cardio session like soccer. If anything you should do your workout in the morning then play your game at night.
