is this cool??
my shows about 12 weeeks out and i wanna know if riding a bike outdoors for about 45 minutes to an hour would be coo for cardio????

Anything that gets your heart rate up is good cardio. The faster it goes the more demand it is putting on energy requirement, and you know what that does. Of course you've got to keep in mind the "sides" of doing heavy cardio whist on cycle. The heart is after all just another muscle.

Yeah that sounds like a good cardio routine i find a bike good for burning calories and toning up and its probably better yo do it outdoors rather than in a gym you will enjoy it more.
