meal #3 7oz chicken 1 1/2oz of roasted nuts
meal #4 6.3oz steak 1/2oz roasted nuts
meal #5 7oz chicken 1 1/2oz roasted nuts
meal #6 6.3oz steak 1/2oz roasted nuts
meal #7 6.3oz steak 1/2oz roasted nuts
snack 15g whey 1tbsp flax oil 10g glutimine 1/2 oz nuts
also 350mg potassuim oratate with each meal
1 tsp of sea salt every morning
carb up on saturday with
2oz of ground turkey, 6oz sweet potato, 4 apricots
every meal except last meal.
last meal 2oz ground turkey, 2cups past with olive oil, 2pieces chocalate cake.
i'm having the best results i've ever had on a diet..
