toppings for chicken in a contest prep?
Anyone have any suggestions? I'm doing really low carbs but need something for my boiled chicken before I just go plain... I was using spray butter (fat free, no calories just a hell of a lot of sodium) but I overdo it and use wayyy too much of it so I need to change to something else.
I got some salsa the other day. 2 carbs per 2 tbsp. Not bad... Anyone have anything else they do to help w/ flavors???

Do you like Ranch??
Take a container of fat free sour creme and a package of hidden Vally Ranch Mix. This mix should be in the Salad Dressing isle.
I usually use this Dip For my carrots, but i have found while eating my chicken plain, that is goes well with the chicken(so it is not so dry.
Also, i bake the boneless skinless chicken breast in the Oven, Spead some"Lawry's" perfect Blend Seasoning and Rub..
That is what it is called,it is for chicken&poiltry. I just bought some at Sam's this weekend.
How about blending the chicken in a food processor, adding onion, salory, Fat Free miracle whip.......OOOOohhh am i hungry now, better go pop some ripped fuel.

True dat Canes. Makes chicken not taste like chicken.
Is it Miss.Dash or Mrs.Dash ? Lemme check.
You're right........it's Mrs.Dash.I should've figured a married chick would be more qualified on seasonings.(Sinister Sexist Grin)

molly mcbutter makes all different kinds of fat free flavors, even bacon and cheese, top it off with this and it will taste like heaven, well not really but its a hell of alot better than nothing. The only thing I cauntion you about using FF salad dressing is that its loaded with sugar most of the time.
