    Bodybuilding Footwear

Does anyone have any recommendations for footwear for bodybuilding training? I do not have any experience in this area as I have been wearing crappy shoes for training to date. I know it is a little off topic for this forum, but I was not sure where else to put it.

    Thanks

I train in crosstrainers as well. If you want to spend the cash get ya some Otomix shoes. They are around 100bucks

Just wear something comfortable, and make sure you can keep your balance, some people where hiking boots for extra ankle support

I'm with mike! I just wear my crosstrainers or running shoes. I always see fags in the gym wearing Otomix weight lifting shoes and not even squating 225lbs. Kind of pointless IMO. I rather just go out and buy a pair of old school chuck tailors to work out in.

    Kayano by Asics.

that´s the best shoe you can ever buy.

nike is the worst, adidas and puma comes in the second worse shoe,

    Asics the way.

Any specific reasons for this, I have always wore Nike, just wondering if there is any factual reason for this, or if you meant it as an opinion.

    Peace

Comfortable shoes are best. If you have weak ankles, buy shoes that stabilize your ankles. Nike shox is what i train in.
